In the event if the product(s) received is damaged or wrong, please email to cloverloft@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product(s) received. Upon request, please return the product in its original condition via mail. If the purchased product(s) is/are out of stock(s) or discontinued, we will inform you when will the stock be replenished or issue a refund.


We are unable to accept any refunds for items shipped due to the nature of the products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will seek to find a resolution that is mutually beneficial between the parties.
